There has been a number of times where we have offered other solutions that didn’t result in Amaze Properties LLC being the one to buy the owner’s house or we didn’t make out ahead, because we believe in doing what we say we’re going to do. There are a lot of people out there that are in this field of work and some don’t live by the highest standards. We believe in the following values and operate by these in every transaction:
Integrity – We work extremely hard everyday to do exactly what we say we’re going to do and meet or even beat your expectations. For example, if we tell you we’re going to close on a certain day, we will work very hard to meet or beat that expectation. And our company works better because we both buy for ourselves and also work with a group of cash buyers that can both fix up and rent out houses. This allows for more options that we are able to offer and therefore a solution that is tailored to help you in your exact situation.
Honesty – You have a lot of choices when it comes to selling your property. While this is a good thing for you, it can also make the decision so much more difficult because who should you go with. We believe that honesty is one of the most important things that will separate ourselves from the others. We make a great effort to be honest with you. For example, whenever we give you an offer, we will tell you exactly how we came up with that offer so you know exactly where we’re coming from and you can make a better decision. Amaze Properties LLC prides itself on its members morals. Transparency – We feel that transparency is missing in this business. We feel that the number one reason that it is so tough for a seller to make a decision on who to trust is a lack of transparency. We will be as transparent with you as possible. Selling a property is often a big decision and a tough decision. We want you to feel that you are in the right hands. We will walk you through the entire process. If there is anything that comes up that needs to be addressed before closing, we will not hesitate to notify you and find the best solution.

All the way from the person you’ll talk to on the phone at the start, whether its the owner Joe Mazur or some other member, all the way through to the title company that handles the closing. About the Founder
Hi, My name is Joe Mazur. I was born and raised in Metro Detroit, Michigan. My wife, myself and my new son still live here and so I care about making the community I live in and will be raising our children in better. I went to school locally and received my degree in Engineering. I then shortly after went on to receive my Michigan Real Estate License which I still hold. I have always been interested in real estate and I finally took the plunge a number of years ago. Honestly, it has not always been easy. Starting off there were a few transactions that we either had to break even or even lose money. This comes back to the integrity point that I mentioned before. When we say we’re going to do something, we work as hard as we possibly can to follow through, even if that means the outcome for us isn’t as ideal as we’d like it to be.
I enjoy activities locally like golf, softball and going to Detroit Red Wings games with my wife and I care about the community so I try to get involved with volunteering in various local organizations and have been for many years including Relay for Life, Special Olympics, as a tutor, and at local soup kitchens.
Because I am local and have lived here my whole life, I not only know the local market, but I have seen its ups and downs. I have had family members and friends that have lost homes to unfortunate circumstances. This is why I work as hard as I can to help in any way so others don’t have to go through that same trouble.
